Data Practices and Your Right to Information
DEED relies on data to operate its programs and provide services. The public has a right to know about DEED activities and to protect their own individual privacy. State data practices law and rules balance these rights and responsibilities.
Our Guides explain how you, as either a member of the general public or as a data subject (someone who has provided data about yourself to DEED, usually when you apply for, or participate in, one of our programs), may request data that we have.
DEED's Data Inventory lists the private and nonpublic data that DEED maintains.
