Summary of Recent Changes
The manual changes frequently so below we outline some key chapters that have been rewritten due to policy changes.

[03/10/2010] Chapter 25 of the WIA Youth Administrative Manual's section on Assessment Strategies/Literacy and Numeracy and Common Measures under WIA and its Attachment A and Attachment B.  (Former Attachments A and B were removed and Attachments C and D were revised and renamed as Attachments A and B.)

[05/06/2009] Chapter 26 of the WIA Youth Administrative Manual's section on Tracking and Reporting to include a draft reporting form ETA-9149, Youth Served With WIA Youth Recovery Resources Monthly Report. The revised Chapter 26 has now incorporated into the full version of the DEED WIA Youth Administrative Manual (see link in the following table).

[03/27/2009] Chapter 26 of the WIA Youth Administrative Manual and three waiver requests: Attachment A, Attachment B and Attachment C were issued to reflect the WIA Youth Recovery Act policy.
