These Youth Program Packets are best practices developed and used by Workforce Development, Inc. WDI has agreed to allow other youth service providers to adapt these materials for use in their own programs.
Youth Intake Packet
The Youth Intake Packet is provided to youth at the time of their application intake.
Youth Employment Packet
The Youth Employment Packet is provided to youth in preparation of employment. The information advises about state and federal child labor laws, including the Right to Know (Hazardous Chemicals in the Workplace) which can be found in the Youth Program Manual's chapter on Safety.
Employer Packet
The Employer Packet is provided to employers in advance of providing employment opportunities for youth. The packet includes a performance evaluation and a worksite monitoring report.
