WIA Youth Recovery Act Final Reports
In 2009, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act provided special funding to states for summer employment programs for youth through the WIA Youth Recovery Act.
Participants were low-income and disconnected youth who lacked the academic and applied skills considered critical for current and future workplace needs. Funding has been exhausted and the program has ended. Here we report results.
