Able and Willing Video Project

Pathways to Employment partnered with the Minnesota Business Leadership Network, Northwest Airlines and Medtronic to produce a 26-minute video about the value of mentorship in the workplace. For employers, mentorship is a way to attract and develop an engaged, qualified workforce. For people with disabilities, mentorship is a way to develop skills, learn about career development and make important connections.
