Disability Program Navigators

The Disability Program Navigators guide WorkForce Center staff to help people with disabilities access and navigate the various programs that impact their ability to gain and retain jobs. 

They achieve this by conducting outreach efforts to inform the community about the opportunities and resources available at these centers, and to strengthen the connections between Vocational Rehabilitation Services for people with disabilities and workforce development efforts throughout Minnesota. This effort is funded through a federal grant from the Department of Labor and works in collaboration with PTE.
