Work Incentives Connection

The Minnesota Work Incentives Connection (The Connection) is an independent nonprofit that helps people with disabilities understand the effect work will have on their benefits.  The Connection is Minnesota’s designated Work Incentives Planning Agency.

Pathways to Employment provides The Connection funding to:

• Provide benefits counseling services
• Expand capacity of benefits planning services and information access in Minnesota
• Support the development of Disability Benefits 101 Minnesota, including content development, testing estimators, and providing technical assistance. 
• Develop and conduct training and outreach on work incentives
