Consumer Report Training Manual

The Minnesota WIA Certification and Consumer Report Training Manual includes all the information that organizations need to become an eligible training provider under the federal Workforce Investment Act.

The manual details the process that training providers, generally educational institutions, must follow to become WIA certified or participate in the Consumer Report.
