Minnesota’s Unified Plan fulfills regulatory reporting requirements and sets the direction for achieving the state's workforce development system vision and goals between July 1, 2007 and June 30, 2010.
2012 Activity
Minnesota asked for an extension of our current Plan and Waivers until September 17, 2012. We also asked for three new Waivers.
Minnesota asked for waivers related to Statewide Activities.
2011 Activity
Minnesota asked for a waiver related to Competitive Procurement .
Minnesota asked for the continuation of our current Unified Plan and Waivers through PY2011.
2010 Activity
2010 Modifications to Minnesota's Unified Plan for the Workforce Investment Act
Minnesota is asking for the continuation of our current Unified Plan and Waivers through PY2010 and also asking for the continuation of our PY2009 Performance Standards into PY2010, until such time that decisions are made regarding the Regression-Based Performance approach. Two additional Youth Waivers are being requested.
