The Minnesota Angel Network provides Minnesota start-up companies and emerging projects with increased access to early equity and investment transactions up to $4.5 million to accelerate financing and growth of entrepreneurial companies throughout the state.
The network provides a secure, focused web-based portal to facilitate connections between angel investors and companies. Minnesota’s new network for angel investors and entrepreneurs is a critical companion to boost development of start-up companies and to maximize the utilization of the new Minnesota Angel Tax Credit on a statewide basis.
