Jennifer Ridgeway is a regional analyst with the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). She provides labor market information to individuals, businesses and organizations in the 20 counties of Southeast and South Central Minnesota. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University-Moorhead and a master’s degree in public policy from the Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota. She also has a graduate certificate in policy issues on work and pay from the University of Minnesota. Prior to coming to DEED, she held positions with organizations including WomenVenture and the Minnesota legislature. Jennifer has moved on to another job, outside of DEED.
