In this edition of Minnesota Employment Review, our feature story takes a close look at job vacancies in the second quarter of 2009, when job loss and unemployment reached record highs.

While job vacancies dropped, the number of unemployed people has jumped dramatically with a 62 percent increase in the number of unemployed people from one year ago.
