State Rehabilitation Council (SRC)
The 1992 amendments to the Rehabilitation Act created State Rehabilitation Councils. The Council's partnership with Vocational Rehabilitation Services was strengthened by the Workforce Investment Act of 1998.

Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC)
The Minnesota State Independent Living Council (SILC) establishes, monitors and evaluates the direction of Independent Living programs and services statewide. Visit the SILC website.

State Rehabilitation Council for the Blind (SRCB)
The State Rehabilitation Council for the Blind is mandated by both state and federal law. The council gives advice and recommendations to the State Services for the Blind about its products and services. Visit the SRCB website.
