Anoka County Workforce Council
Overview
The Anoka County Workforce Council, in cooperation with the Anoka County Board of Commissioners, is responsible for the oversight of workforce development programs in Anoka County.
The council sets priorities and policies that focus on local workforce needs and insure that programs and agencies work together to meet those needs. The goal is to create a responsive workforce development system for both employers and job seekers.
The council is instrumental in building relationships with businesses, advocating for workforce development resources, and supporting new and innovative local initiatives that create job opportunities and economic growth in Anoka County.
