Dislocated Worker Program

The Dislocated Worker Program is an employment and training program to help workers who have been laid off through no fault of their own (or have been notified that a layoff is pending) find new jobs as quickly as possible. 

How Do I Apply?
Start by downloading and completing this eligibility questionnaire. Next, submit the form to one of the WorkForce Centers in Burnsville or West Saint Paul.  You can bring it in and leave it at the information desk, you can fax it in or you can mail it in.
