This two-day workshop covers the foundations for a successful job search. Topics include transition, skills identification, resume strategies, resume content and formats, electronic resume tips, cover letters, job search preparation, job search tools, job search process, the job market, internet job search strategies, interviewing, thank you letters and finishing touches.
Job Interviewing Strategies
Practice answering interview questions and get advice on how to prepare for interviews, job fairs and other job search events. This seminar gives job seekers the professional edge they need to land the job they want.
Job Search Over 40
Do you feel your age is affecting your ability to successfully job search? Join our interactive workshop to learn what you can and can’t change, and how to use what you can’t change to your advantage.
Mock Interviews
An excellent to practice for a job interview. You will be asked several common interview questions. Upon completion of a mock interview, you will be given feedback and the opportunity to ask questions. Please treat this as a real interview. Bring a resume and dress in interview attire.
Networking for Introverts
If you're a bit shy, learn how to become more comfortable networking and making valuable connections.
Resume Classes: Beginner or Advanced
These classes focus on varied levels of resume preparation covered differently than in the Creative Job Search classes.
