Dakota-Scott 2010 Local Unified Plan

In order to deliver effective, efficient and responsive services to employers and job seekers under the Federal Workforce Investment Act of 1998, Dakota and Scott Counties have submitted the annual Plan to the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development.  This plan covers services delivered from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011.
