Chapter 7380: Amendments to Public Facilities Authority Rules for Drinking Water Revolving Fund and Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund.

Reason for Rulemaking

Rules are being revised to bring uniformity, where feasible, to the Drinking Water and Water Pollution Control Revolving Funds. Interest rate discounts and the methodology to determine the rates are being modified to more closely reflect market conditions and provide borrowers with more flexibility in structuring debt.

Chapter 3300.2005 thru 3300.2055: Amendments to Permanent Rules Relating to Extended Employment Services.

Reason for Rulemaking

These rule amendments are needed to redirect program resources to employments services or programs that can best achieve positive outcomes for customers. Rule amendments being considered are: 1) changes that bring rules into conformity with federal regulations (Part 361); 2) clarification as to when community employment meets the standard for “Supported Employment”; and 3) revision of funding conditions to ensure the viability of the program to meet consumer needs.

Advisory Committee DEED plans to form a work group in January 2005.
