- Directs and coordinates the activities of staff and contract personnel and evaluates performance.
- Maintains records of sales, rental or usage activity, special permits issued, maintenance and operating costs, or property availability.
- Purchases building and maintenance supplies, equipment, or furniture.
- Develops and administers annual operating budget.
- Negotiates for sale, lease, or development of property, and completes or reviews appropriate documents and forms.
- Inspects facilities and equipment and inventories building contents to document damage and determine repair needs.
