Zone Program
Companies which are adding jobs in Breckenridge, Dilworth, East Grand Forks,
Moorhead or Ortonville may be eligible for tax credits.
Minnesota Indian Business Loan Program
Supports the development of Indian-owned and -operated businesses and promotes
economic opportunities for Native American people throughout Minnesota.

Investment Fund
For businesses acquiring "fixed assets" (such as equipment, buildings,
and land) and adding new workers as a result. This program provides companies
below-market financing. Virtually all types of businesses are eligible,
excluding retail enterprises.

Provides State grants to educational institutions for the development of
training programs that meet specific business needs.
Pathways Program
Provides state grants to educational institutions for the development of
training programs for individuals transitioning from public assistance
to work. The training programs, which must include the active participation
of private employers, are designed to meet specific business needs.
SEED Capital Investment Program
Provides tax incentives for investing in innovative business located in the Minnesota border cities of Breckenridge, Dilworth, East Grand Forks, Moorhead, and Ortonville.
Septic Tank Replacement Program
Provides low-interest financing to existing tourism-related businesses providing overnight lodging that need to replace a failed septic system.

Business Development Loan Program
For established manufacturers with fixed asset expansion costs in excess
of $1 million and adding a substantial number of new jobs. Through industrial
development bonds, the Agricultural and Economic Development Board can
support a loan at below market interest rates.
Strategic Entrepreneurial Economic Development (SEED) initiative
Established to make significant investments in areas of the state most likely to build the base of small businesses and ensure their success.
Urban
Initiative Loan Program
Provides fixed asset and working capital financing for minority owned and
operated businesses and others who are creating and filling jobs for low-income
people in Minneapolis, St. Paul and inner ring suburbs.
Water
Pollution Control Revolving Fund
Provides funding for constructing and upgrading wastewater facilities to
meet economic development needs.
