**NOTE** - There are no WSA-level results posted for the Oct 07-Sept 08 period because samples for these time periods did not include Core Services customers. Complete results will be posted once the WFC Customer Satisfaction sample query is updated to reflect new DEED data systems.

Both reports include summaries of response categories to open-ended questions that make it easier to spot services customers feel were most useful and areas they think are most in need of improvement.

MFIP reports are produced every 6 months and are based on a small sample of customers.

Background

Approximately 250 Stearns-Benton Area customers answer questions by telephone each year about their satisfaction with services received. The survey is part of a system effort to incorporate customer feedback into service improvements.

The Workforce Center System has chosen an outside survey vendor, the Strategic Research Group (SRG) out of Columbus, Ohio, to ensure neutrality in interviewing and independence in reporting. SRG reports quarterly and year-to-date results at the end of February, May, August and November.

Results for the sixteen local Workforce Service Areas in Minnesota show some variation in overall customer satisfaction measured by our Minnesota Customer Satisfaction Index (MnCSI). Please note that factors other than quality of service, such as regional differences in economic conditions, customer characteristics, and funding available, may affect customer satisfaction.
