Strategic Plans
Strategic plans that are developed by the Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED)--or are DEED-related--are the result of long-range planning efforts that provide direction on DEED's future. Strategic planning involves an examination of the current environment, awareness of the pending challenges and opportunities, and regular check-ins so strategic plans become ongoing time-management tools that tell leaders and staff where to focus energy and resources.
