- Did you know there is an online web tool that can estimate a person's monthly MA-EPD premium? You can access the premium estimator site by going to www.dhs.state.mn.us/maepd, scroll down and click on the "MA-EPD monthly premium estimator." You can then enter the person's household size and income information to calculate the approximate premium. This is a great tool for people with disabilities, county financial workers, case managers, and others who help people with benefits planning as it allows you to estimate an MA-EPD premium without having to completely fill out an application.
