How Do You Convert a SBIR/STTR Phase I to a Phase II?
When do you start the process? Yesterday!You are interested in submitting a Phase I proposal or you received notice that your Phase I Award piqued the interest of an agency and you are an official awardee. What do you do now? How are you going to convert your Phase I to a Phase II award while simultaneously beginning your feasibility study and running your day to day business? How are you going to get from Phase I to Phase III?
In this competitive environment, this isn’t something you can begin one month before you submit your Phase II proposal. Do you have a comprehensive understanding of the components that go into a Competitive Phase II Proposal that will lead to successful commercialization? You need to think about this too when preparing your Phase I proposal.
